Delivery

We offer delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Age Verification service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. Deliveries are required to be signed for by someone aged 18 or over.   

Returns/Refunds

If you change your mind about buying our products and wish a refund you must notify us within 14 days of purchase and return to us within 28 days of purchase. The products must be unused, with original seals unbroken, and in the original packaging.  You are responsible for paying the delivery cost of returning the item to us. We recommend you use a tracked delivery service as items not received by us will not be refunded. 

To start a return to us please email details to: sales@thedrinksco.online We will then provide you with details of where to send your return. 

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express), and Apple Pay.

We do not accept cash sales

Cocktails

Cocktails have been shelf life tested and have a 3 month expiry date once made. We will include a Best Before date on the bottle, however we do recommend keeping your cocktails refrigerated once received. 

Licensing

If you are planning an event with us, it may require an occasional licence, we will arrange and pay for it with the relevant local authority.

N.B. 6 weeks notice is required for the application process via the relevant local authority. If permission is not granted by the local authority a full refund of any monies paid will be made.
